MLS-Caribbean provides a full inclusive multiple listing service that offers your own personal property page and is placed in our searchable database of available properties. Included is a virtual tour of your house along with still images, and property description with contact information. We also provide on-line and newspaper marketing of MLS-caribbean to promote your home or rental.

To list your property, please go to the add property page. We are currently expanding to all the major caribbean islands, so it may take some time to reach your island. Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistence in this matter.

A virtual tour is a 360 degree view of your property. Our mls-caribbean representatives will come to your property and take the required pictures, we will edit the imges and place them on your property profile page for viewing.

The virtual tour requires that java is installed on your computer. Most computers now have java preinstalled on them, but some may not. Please visit the website www.java.com and click on the yellow button in the top right corner to get java. MLS-Caribbean has two types of property pages, the hi-speed pages have the virtual tour and still pictures and the low speed has just still pictures. Hi- speed property page has large image sizes and is best viewed with hi-speed internet. The low-speed will be best with dial-up as there are no virtual tours to download, just still shots. For those using dial-up, hi-speed pages may be used, it will just take 2 to 4 minutes to download. It is suggested that dial-up users view the properties with the low-speed link and when a property of interest is found, click on the hi-speed link to view the virtual tours.

MLS-Caribbean is actively marketing your property through several resources. The first is obviously through our virtual tours. Our tours will provide buyers with a detailed look into your property and rental without actually being there. The second is through search engines. Our search engine optimization will place us high up in search results for many of the search engines. We are also placing ads in many newpapers to further expose mls-caribbean and your property to the residents and tourists of Barbados.
